PLASMA PLATE CUTTING

Our plasma cutting processes include conventional oxygen plasma and Hi-Definition oxy plasma to provide better edge quality.  Our plasma capacity is 10’x 80’ with thickness’s ranging up to 1 3/4” thick carbon steel, and 1 1/4” thick stainless steel.  As an economical alternative to laser cutting, the plasma process offers fast production times with minimal surface preparation for welding and assembly.

Multiple CNC HD-Plasma cutting machines with plasma capacity up to 2 ½” carbon, 2” stainless and 1 1/2” aluminum. Our plasma tables are 12’ x 45’, 10’ x 80’, 12’ x 55’, &; 14’ x 120’ water table and downdraft cutting environments with true-hole HD cutting technology.

State of the art, Alltra Plasma beveling machine with Hypertherm HPR400 to produce finished precision bevels on plasma cut parts up to 10’ x 45’.
